Red wines go well with many different foods depending on individuals. In Nepal, we make our own rules for pairing foods with wines.
We like to say that our red wines are sweet in taste, although the flavour is not completely sweet. It is a blend of wild golden raspberry and barberry which itself is bitter in taste by nature.
We have selected the very best berries from the hills of Sankhuwasabha and processed it to give the best and natural taste.
